Valerie has been a huge support and guide along with her amazing work ethic since the moment we were viewing the property; down to the friendly walk and chat with a maintenance crew member we witnessed throughout our tour of the property and spectacular advise she has been more than willing to be a helping hand in every process. We appreciate all the great hospitality greeting our family of three into our new home! :)

I am really glad my mother and I stumbled upon these apartments. From the moment we walked in the front office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and made the entire moving process a lot easier. My mother has been living here for over a year and has nothing but positive things to say. What a great, safe and peaceful place to live!! The staff here is amazing including the maintenance team that always helps my disabled mother. Our experience with Serafina Apartment Homes was exceptional! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Valerie and Lloleima. These ladies were excellent and provided exceptional service & hospitality. Valerie was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure the unit was the right fit. There was another lady who helped us out but i can’t remember her name :( but the team bent over backwards and did everything they could to make sure we were able to get into the apartment by the date we needed. 11/10 would recommend!!
